Hoisin Peking Duck in Endive Leaves

A tasty bite-size appetizer! The prepared whole duck can be found at any Asian grocery store.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix duck with hoisin sauce. Divide among endive leaves, sprinkle with nuts, sesame seeds and onions.

INGREDIENTS
8 oz chopped peking duck (prepared whole duck, deboned)
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
12 endive leaves
3 Tbsp chopped toasted peanuts
2 tsp sesame seeds
¼ cup chopped green onions
